1. PROTOCOL INITIATION (Acceptance)

By accessing the visual database at [www.lukazarandia.com] (the "Site"), operated by TEKTON L.Z. INC. ("the Studio," "we," or "us"), you agree to operate within these parameters. If you do not accept these constraints, terminate your session immediately.

2.1 Authorized Operations You are granted clearance to:

Access and view the concept art, industrial designs, and studio narratives.
Download authorized public assets (e.g., PDF portfolios) where explicitly permitted.
Establish contact for professional commissions.

2.2 STRICTLY PROHIBITED PROTOCOLS You agree that you will NOT engage in any of the following activities:

NO AI TRAINING: You are strictly prohibited from using any content, text, or images from this Site to train, validate, or fine-tune Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning models.
NO SCRAPING: You must not deploy automated systems (bots, spiders, scrapers) to extract data.
NO THEFT: You must not copy, modify, distribute, or "remix" studio assets without written authorization.
NO HACKING: You must not attempt to bypass security protocols or destabilize the Site’s infrastructure.

3. ASSET SOVEREIGNTY (Intellectual Property)

3.1 Ownership Every pixel, schematic, text block, and design element housed on this Site is the exclusive intellectual property of Luka Zarandia and TEKTON L.Z. INC., protected by Georgian and International Copyright laws.

3.2 Visual License We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to view the materials strictly for personal evaluation or non-commercial appreciation. This is a viewing license, not a transfer of title.

4. COMMISSION & ACQUISITION (Commerce)

4.1 Transaction Protocol This Site serves as a portfolio, not a marketplace.

No Direct Sales: We do not process payments directly through this domain.
Invoicing: All commercial agreements are formalized via external contracts. Payments are processed exclusively via PayPal or Direct Bank Transfer upon receipt of an official TEKTON invoice.

4.2 Service Discretion The Studio reserves the right to decline any commission or project proposal that does not align with our creative vision or ethical standards.

5. DATA INTEGRATION (Privacy)

5.1 Communications By submitting an inquiry form, you consent to the collection of your contact details for the purpose of correspondence. 5.2 Usage Your data is handled in strict accordance with our Privacy Protocol, which is structurally incorporated into these Terms.

6. SYSTEM STATUS (Disclaimers)

6.1 "As Is" Architecture THE SITE IS DEPLOYED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE VISUAL FEED WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

6.2 Liability Cap IN NO EVENT SHALL TEKTON L.Z. INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES (DATA LOSS, HARDWARE MALFUNCTION) ARISING FROM YOUR NAVIGATION OF THIS SITE.

7. PERIMETER DEFENSE (Indemnification)

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TEKTON L.Z. INC. against any claims or legal expenses resulting from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Studio’s assets.

8. VERSION CONTROL (Modifications)

We reserve the right to patch or update these Terms at any time. Modifications are effective immediately upon deployment. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the new build.

9. JURISDICTION (Governing Law)

These Terms are engineered under the laws of Georgia. Any disputes regarding the architecture or content of this Site shall be adjudicated in Tbilisi.
